At CSIS we believe that each student is created in the image of God. Each student has unique gifts and talents that are important for the body of Christ. All belong because we are one in Christ. Therefore it is essential that every student feels loved, accepted and valued at our school. In order for us to meet the needs of students inside and outside of the classroom, we have developed the Sprouts’ Success Team, which uses the Response to Intervention (RTI) approach to meet the needs of all students. 

 

CSIS에서는 모든 학생들이 하나님의 형상대로 창조되었다고 믿습니다. 모든 학생은 그리스도의 몸인 공동체를 섬길 수 있는 특별한 재능과 은사를 가지고 있습니다. 재능은 다르지만 모두 그리스도 안에서 하나이고 그리스도께 속해 있습니다. 모든 학생들이 우리 학교에서 사랑받고, 받아들여지고, 자신이 가치있다고 느끼는 것은 아주 중요합니다. Sprouts' Success Team은 학생이 교실 안밖에서 필요한 모든 것을 충족시키는 것을 돕기 위하여 마련되었으며, "교육중재 대응" (Response to Interviention) 접근법을 사용합니다.

Responsive Classroom

In the elementary school we use the Responsive Classroom Approach to teach and guide our students to be honorable sprouters. Responsive Classroom is a student-centered, social, and emotional learning approach to teaching and discipline. It is comprised of a set of research and evidence-based practices designed to create safe, joyful, and engaging classrooms and school communities for both students and teachers.

CSIS 초등에서는 우리 학생들이 자랑스러운 스프라우터로서 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 것에 "반응적 교실" 접근방식(Responsive Classroom)을 사용하고 있습니다.  반응적 교실은 교육 및 훈육에 대한 학생 중심의 사회정서학습 접근법입니다. 학생과 교사 모두가 안전하고, 즐겁고, 주도적인 학업 분위기와 학교 공동체를 형성을 위한 수많은 연구와 증거에 기반해, 모닝 미팅과 같은 다양한 프로그램과 지도 전략, 관례로 이루어져 있습니다.

RTI (Response to Intervention)

Response to Intervention (RTI) is a multi-tiered approach to providing ALL students with high quality classroom teaching and focused interventions for students who demonstrate a need for more time, practice, and instruction in order to grow. Homeroom teachers and staff in the SST come together to assist each student through interventions and classroom support. RTI is an initiative designed to integrate data-based decision making, collaboration, and problem-solving techniques.

"중재반응모형"이라고도 불리는 "교육중재 대응" (Response to Intervention, RTI)은 모든 학생들에게 높은 수준의 수업 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 만들어진 복합적 (multi-tiered) 접근 방식으로써, 추가적인 교육 지원이 필요하다고 판단되는 학생들에게 개인의 능력에 맞는 대상별 보충 교육을 제공합니다. 담임 교사들과 SST 교사로 구성된 팀이 학생에게 필요한 적절한 개입과 교실 내에서의 보충 교육을 지원합니다. RTI 는 데이터에 기반한 의사 결정, 협력, 문제 해결 기술을 통합하기 위해 개발되었습니다.

  • concerns about your child's academics

  • concerns about your child's behavior

  • more information about the Success Team

Consultation for Teachers

교사 대상 상담

A consultation may cover:

  • Student concerns

  • Questions/help regarding instructional practices or classroom management

  • Pre-meeting for an observation

 

석세스팀에서는 특별한 지원이 필요한 학생들을 더욱 효과적으로 가르칠 수 있도록 교사들을 상담하며, 필요한 자료와 정보를 제공합니다.

  • 학생에 대한 우려가 있을 때

  • 수업방식이나 수업운영에 대해 질문이 있을 때 

  • 학생에 대한 관찰을 하는 사전 미팅이 필요할 때 

교사들은 석세스팀에 도움을 요청할 수 있습니다.
